Municipal cities in Utah had until Monday, May 1st, to continue to opt in and participate in Rank Choice Voting for this election cycle. Many cities that participated in the past have decided to discontinue using rank-choice voting, we speak with Riverton City Council Member Andy Pierucci to discuss why Riverton decided to opt out.
