Just this afternoon, a judge ruled on the legality of GOP gubernatorial candidate Phil Lyman’s pick for Lt. Gov. If you recall, his pick of Layne Bangerter was rejected due to concerns that Bangerter had not met the residency requirements for the position. The Lyman campaign quickly filed a lawsuit.
