David's Bio "David Ruis and his wife Anita have been planting churches and have been in various leadership spaces within the non-profit and faith community world for over 30 years. They have 4 children who were with them for many an adventure having planted churches in both Canada and the USA. The Ruis' have also been a significant contributors in the development of the Nepali churches that are part of the Global Vineyard Community. Much of the Ruis' focus has been in indigenous settings, working with people experiencing poverty and subsequent marginalization. David has had significant experience facilitating leadership development and on the creative side he is a well-respected worship leader and songwriter (You're Worthy Of My Praise, Every Move I Make, and much more) and a published author of two books: The Worship God is Seeking and The Justice God is Seeking. David and Anita currently wear a couple of hats within the Vineyard context. They are the National Directors of Vineyard Canada along with being the Team Lead at their local Vineyard Church in Kelowna BC, Canada."
