I’ve been doing something daily, which eventually turned into brand deals. When you attract instead of chase, life changes for the better. Are you living the life you envisioned for yourself? Here are some tips and tricks that have worked for me.
Meaning; do you show up in this world, making it all about you, or are you interested in getting to know others? Share stories, add value. When you have a problem, other people might have that same problem. So, when you find that solution, share this with others. Just share your personal story. It’s that easy!

Surround yourself with confident people, who build u up.2. Take a public speaking course or join toast masters.3. Check tasks of your to-do list. (Aka be productive) action creates confidence.4. Work out! (Excellent confidence booster!) no one has ever regretted a work out)5. Choose your people wisely!! You are, like the 5 people you surround yourself with.6. Do something scary every day! (Magic happened right outside of your comfort zone)7. Give back!!!! (the more you help others, the more you will be helped yourself).Btw when u introduce yourself, dumb it down!Break it down, toddler style!Keep it to the point.People have a very short attention span.And make sure to protect your energy!Pick and choose wisely, who gets your attention.What works for me, is that I schedule my mornings very quietly.I read, I listen to podcasts, I meditate, I work out, I work on myself, before I start opening up to others.Protect your energy.And don’t expect to get back immediately.Plant the seed and just keep giving, keep watering.Make sure you follow up and make sure you ask!!And make sure you set 1 day per week that you reach out to your friends and ask about them.What can you do for them etc

Does my breath stink, do these pants make my butt look big?You are going to help someone, you are going to serve someone.You are not focused on yourself.

We all have a mean girl inside us. Make sure to be above that voice. Don’t assume. Communicate! And be TRANSPARENT!! Gosh you can eliminate so many confrontations if you only speak up! Use your voice. Come from a good place. Never forget that we all have a story and we all have insecurities. We usually only lash out to the people closest to us.

Every time you show up on your social media without filter and truly yourself, you give others permission to do the same.Be that person!Forgive yourself for believing that you are anything less than beautiful.When you find a solution to a personal problem, it’s very likely that other people have that same problem, and are looking for that same solution.It’s better to have a 100 people love you, than a million people who just sort of like you.AIM for that first step, not the mountain top.The people who love your service/product will become your marketing dept, cause they will spread the word for you.Fashion tip: go with the pants who accept you for who you are.
Success leaves clues. The only difference between successful people and non successful people is that successful people just NEVER quit! That’s all it is. It really is that simple. Feeling a bit stuck and over this cold weather. I guess you can call it seasonal depression. Even though depression is too strong of a word for how I feel right now. Just sharing all the things.
Google that right now. That’s what I did, when I heard this myself. Some answers were the second Friday in January and other answers were January 19. So make sure you keep on trucking friend! Even if you fall off the wagon, just get right back on it, and add an extra day at the end.

Turn your mess into your message.Don’t hide your past.Your past makes you stand out!For example how many people these days are health coaches online, and how many stories you have seen on gut health and how to heal your gut?Omg sooooooo many stories like that!!Now stand out and share the story that you almost pooped in your pants cause your gut health was off and you had to race to a bathroom while standing in line somewhere.Now that story will make you human!And this will allow others to open up about their poop story….cause you know we all have some!Embrace the mess, bless this mess (I always say)Relatability is key when it comes to connecting.There is always going to be someone else who does exactly the same thing as you.So, if you stick purely to the topic and say nothing about yourself, you are just going to be another voice, lost in the crowd.But I can promise you, there is only one you!Nobody else has your story, your voice, and your point of view.So, if you want to stand out in the field of competitors, and be the expert that people want to go to, tell the stories, that only you can tell.Can you think of your own relatable maybe even messy story?Wanna hear one of mine, real quick?!So today, while my hubby and I were having lunch with another couple, we were chatting about our furry baby Dobby for a bit, who had had another seizure a few days ago, and the last one was with them on the hiking trail.So I said, I’m already shopping for our next furry baby, then my hubby said, slow your roll a bit hunny, we still have Dobby, and he’s not going anywhere just yet, and he’s not the kinda dog who likes to share the attention.I said, oh I know and I totally agree, but knowing myself, I make the pain less hard, if I have the next project lined up.I know it from when my late hubby passed, I very quickly got back into the dating game and on all the dating websites, so the pain was lessMaybe this is why God never made me a motherSometimes I scream how ignorant people are when they advertise their stuff they don't show the whole pictureIt is so important to make everyone feel heard seen, appreciated and acknowledged
Gosh, don’t you hate these people, who only talk about themselves! And you know exactly who I’m talking about right?! The people who don’t let you get a word in, the people who are always one upping everyone, and showing off. Humble people are sexy! And hard to find. People who don’t take themselves so serious.

Are you like me, and tend to walk away from confrontation? But sometimes enough is enough, and you gotta speak up! Speak your truth, but never attack or accuse. You can speak your truth and still be nice about it. Love yourself enough to respect and honor your own truth. While of course still working on yourself daily. And don’t forget when you start a hard conversation, start by apologizing. Put your ego aside and apologize for your part. Where there is an argument both are at fault. And last but not least, “maak van je hart geen moordkuil” (dutch saying..means don’t hold it in, because when you don’t open up, you only make things worse, till you explode.

Money is helpful, but only when you use it right.

OMG!! Talking about coming full circle! Ashley and I have been besties for years, but in the beginning it was quite rocky. I remember Ashley telling me one day, she couldn’t support my podcast, because first of all, she wasn’t a podcast fan and secondly she didn’t like it when I addressed our other friends in my podcasts, even though they were anonymous. I’ll never name names unless it’s positive, but still, she knew who I was talking about and she just didn’t like any bad feedback. I respect that but it did hurt my feelings, that she wouldn’t support everything about me, only the things she liked. Now…years later…I grew up and she grew up and we both are adulting and realized that, even if we agree to disagree, we still love each other!
