One of the benefits of hosting a space is the opportunity to have a live discussion. Let people know the format of your show and how they will be able to participate. That way they will feel comfortable and be eager to contribute to the discussion.

How to Encourage People to Come to Your Twitter Space

1. Be warm and welcoming (use people’s names)
2. Set expectations and tell them how they can participate (mic access)
3. Have an open Q & A time (invite feedback by name)
4. Encourage and be kind (Community = diverse viewpoints)
