Honor: Healing the Trauma of Suicide, Self-Harm, and Body Dysmorphia (Carbon Copy)

Jenell Mellish the owner of Arena Training Institute in Cheyenne, WY as well as Ringside Sports, the non-profit she created to help youth athletes in the Cheyenne area. Jenell shares with us some of the things she has learned through her experience in the military, a tragic event that changed her life, and combat sports. We also talk about the change that we feel need to happen for our youth in Cheyenne, coming together as a community, and the importance of sport in development.

You can follow Jenell's organizations @ArenaTrainingInstitute and @ringside_sports on Instagram. You can purchase her book, Dearly Loved Exile, on Amazon.

Do the questions at the end of the segment get you thinking? Questions are an easy way to get your friends, family, coworkers, and more, to have real human conversations. I use the cards from How Game Are You? as prompts at the end of the show. Get yours here!
