The dynamic duo continued to elaborate that as Ivy began to grow, they not only had to provide for the company's wellbeing but their employee's as well. “It’s not just getting smarter to make the sales better, it’s getting smarter to take better care of your employees, as well as grow a business.”

They then elaborate how using technology not only requires finding the right tech, but also the right people that support it.
