Calhoun, MD, MPH - Doctor, Adult/Child Psychiatry Resident at Yale Child Study Center/Yale School of Medicine who is concurrently pursuing a PhD in Yale’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, Activist, and Anti-Racism educator. She writes extensively about racism in her profession and travels the country to speak about racism in the medical realm (despite receiving death threats for doing so). She joins Tavis to talk about racism in healthcare – or what she calls “brutality in the hospital.”
