https://youtu.be/VmbPTL6jMxMHumans invent and adopt technologies to solve their problems.
For example, humans invented and adopted farming technologies in order to solve the chronic food shortage problem.
The current estimate is that humans started farming about 10,000 years ago.
After 10,000 years of farming technologies improvement, now there are eight billion people on Earth, because the current food production technologies can feed that many people.
Humans cannot know the future; humans are designed to constantly and repeatedly deal with the present problems and challenges in the best ways they can, without knowing the full consequences of their own actions.
A quick advertisement before I continue on this topic. You can invest in my startup company with as little as US$100, for supporting advancing AI, robotics, biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech. Visit Robocentric.com/Investors to invest in my startup.
I’ve a multidecadal commitment to advancing the transhumanistic technologies. To learn more about my cause, check out my books, which are available at Robocentric.com/Checkout, Amazon, Apple Books, Spotify, and other online audiobook retailers. Now, back to the main content.
The past solutions created by humans have created new problems of today.
Now Earth has become small for humanity; certain vital resources on Earth that the First World depends on will not last forever; air, water, and land pollutions abound everywhere on Earth due to the industrial human activities. Earth can no longer support the continuing growth and expansion of humanity.
I don’t know what the future will be exactly, because I’m only human; but I do believe that AI, robotics, biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech will solve today’s human problems.
AI and robotics will do dirty, dangerous, dull, and repetitive work that humans don’t want to do and cannot do on Earth and in outer space. While humans should not risk their lives to do a job, especially in outer space, robots can perform high-risk, low-safety tasks.
Anti-aging biotech will prolong human youth and solve the aging population problem in the developed economies.
Artificial nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech will open up the entire Solar System to humanity, and enable humans to expand into outer space in massive numbers.
However, AI, robotics, biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech will create new human problems.
Creating human jobs in the developed nations, enabling humans to work less, produce more, and consume more, on Earth and in outer space, will be some of the key challenges and problems to solve in the era of AI, robotics, biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech.
Building mass-scale outer space human habitats, and fostering mass-scale outer space humanity expansion will be another key challenge and problem to solve.
As always, human life quality improvement will continue to be the most important challenge and problem to solve.
On one hand, the challenges and problems facing humanity today are depressing; but on the other hand, they are exciting, because new scientific, technological, and capitalistic solutions will be invented and adopted to solve today’s challenges and problems facing humanity.
I’ll continue to do my part in advancing AI, robotics, biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech. I can hardly wait for the transhumanistic future of humankind.
