Saturn in Aquarius becomes the focus as the Moon enters Capricorn and deepens your understanding with your dreams, goals, hopes, contributions, social structures, social lives, friendships, and community involvement. (Note: you can check all the times below)
Of all the planets, Saturn is probably most feared for its lessons. As the wise timekeeper and constant reminder of personal responsibility, Saturn teaches you to identify your fears and move through them anyway.
Because there’s really no other way to grow. In the serious reality that Saturn is always heavy with, Saturn simply wants you to know what’s possible when you move through challenges and accept the work that needs to be done.
Capricorn, represented by the nimble goat, is always seeking a higher perspective in the climb of life. Capricorn, and its ruler, Saturn, knows how to set intentions to achieve the next level.
As the Moon in Capricorn squares the self-awareness of the Sun in Aries to form the waning Final Quarter Moon, and begin final week of this lunar cycle that began on March 2 with the Pisces New Moon, it marks a recognition of how your goals are shifting.
Due to changing circumstances, you’re clearing what no longer serves you so that you can continue on to forge a new path.
The Final Quarter Moon in Capricorn is a somewhat miserly Moon. Like an elder who has seen hard times, you may hold on to what you have, fearing what you may need ahead.
If you were born under this Moon (Aries Sun with Capricorn Moon) you may have had real experiences of not having enough.
But the pain of feeling less than abundant isn’t to inspire you to acquire and hoard more. In the times that you aren’t as wealthy as you would like, you have an opportunity to see the inherent abundance of that’s all around and within you in the treasures that can never be bought - like true friends, easy companionship, free time, good health, real passions and high self-esteem, to name a few.
You create what you fear, and by fearing lack you actually create more emptiness.
If you crave material items for security, you can lose yourself with the debts and binds that unhealthy relationships with money create.
When you create abundance from within you, you aren’t chained to those external sources for your comfort. So this Moon is about the cost of the energetic strings that bind you to what you receive and are able to give in the world.
Mercury in Pisces creates a philosophical sextile with the transformative power of Pluto on Saturday morning and deepens the conversations about what’s true for you.
While the Moon in Capricorn reflects how we resist change as it squares outlier 10th planet Eris and conjuncts Pluto, also on Saturday.
Recognizing there will be differing perspectives, is a part of this time. Knowing what controls you is the best step up the mountain of your evolving perspective.
The Moon will be liberated as it enters the free-thinking perspective of Aquarius late Saturday. I’ll be back then to share more about how a new perspective is awakening as Mercury moves into the unfiltered quick mind of Aries early Sunday.
