Beth is part of a 5-women team and works alongside executive producers Polly Leys and Kate Norrish.  

Beth gives an upbeat, honest and humble account of how she made the transition from being an actor – she loved acting, hated being an actor – to development work and talks with real passion for what she does in film and TV.
