Many corporations are looking for talent to work on their jobs with the pay of 15.00 -20.00 per hour. What we don't know is that many of these jobs are recruiting to over work the employees. The job description starts off where the employee will be doing one job at a certain pay rate, but when the employee is placed on the production floor things start to fluctuate which appears to be more job responsibilities for the employee. Many of these jobs especially in customer service jobs are high stressed level jobs that require lots of skill and patience in order to deal with the consumer. The job description somehow turns into other responsibilities outside of the job duties giving the employee more to do throughout the day.
