I know I can't be the only one who has loaded the day's calendar down & experienced complete panic...

If you are on the go & always doing something... listen up.

Often times, I have found myself sitting still dreading how I was going to make something happen in One day's time.. which never helps me hit my goals in a timely manner. TIME IS AN ASSET. Save as much as you can.

A few months back, I was completely burnt out.. Get Moore was at capacity with clients, I was stepping up more at my full time, personal life was changing... & I was searching for healthier ways of handling the "day to day" stuff & working towards things that make me ME!

That's when I discovered the beauty of weekly goals vs daily goals. I utilize both because without the day, you don't get the week. However, without extreme concrete "rules" on when, how, & where I'll get something done in one day... The "rulebook" can be tossed out the window and you can meet goal setting with ease as you step into the mindset of End of week vs End of day...

You just allotted yourself 56 hours vs 8 to get things done. (week view)

Sometimes, you're not going to get everything done. However, you are able to look at all you did do & roll into the next week refreshed and motivated.

Now, there's a fine line in giving yourself grace and making excuses. I have experienced both.

Excuses will never deliver any type of result except for the "same" thing you got now.. If you're happy with Now... great!!! But if you're anything like me, you want to GET MOORE out of your life. I find that doing that on a weekly scale, I achieve way Moore success than I would if I crammed everything into one day.

Not to mention, saying goodbye to burnout. :)

Alex Moore
