For years, I have done my best to show up for any and everyone who needed me to be there. Sure, I've failed countless times.. but Moore so, I've always been there to listen, to pour love, to be anything I can be for anyone struggling.

I don't regret it one bit, however.. I need a new label besides the people pleaser...

Lately, I've pulled back the cup and started pouring into myself again! It feels exhilerating to know that I don't have to be anything other than myself to be free and to be happy and to be living a life that helps water others from a full cup.

I challenge you today, look underneath your titles, labels, & credentials... see if that person matches the value on the label.  If not, let it expire today & choose a new label.
