What goes from the heart, goes to the heart. 

I needed to speak from the heart today. I didn't write this episode out or even edit it. I don't ever want to forget the reason why I do what I do. I am practicing everything I preach by getting honest, open, & being transparent about myself. I will continue to speak truth, walk in my light, share experience, strength, & hope along the way. 

I pray that anyone and everyone finds their path & walks unapologetically down the road to happiness. We only get one chance at life, don't waste it.
