October 13: Discouragement Exodus 5:1-6:12 It's hard to fault the Israelites for complaining. Moses was supposed to deliver them but he just made life harder. This is normal. There are forces with a vested interest in keeping you where you are and you have no real idea what the new life could be. It takes faith to trust the promise when the circumstances are difficult.
