In early march 2014 Relisha Rudd age 8 at the time went missing from the D.C. shelter her and her family lived in. She was last seen with a janitor who worked there named Kahlil Tatum but shortly after she was reported missing he killed his wife and himself. Relisha’s mother denied any wrong doing or involvement though her daughter has yet to be found.
