Gloucester Mayor Greg Verga tells Heather Atwood and Kory Curcuru motorists parking downtown will have to begin paying again. Parking has been free while the city fixed a software issue with the pay kiosks. Mayor Verga responds to the City Council’s decision to vote no on all 9 proposed zoning changes by the Planning Board.  Lastly, Gloucester has been deemed “High Risk” for West Nile Virus and EEE. The city will have to participate in the state’s mosquito control program. Residents can voice their opposition on the health departments website.
