Essex Selectmen Peter Phippen joins Cape Ann Today to talk to Kory and Heather about the invasive green crab in the Great Marsh and issues in the town of Essex.  Between the green crabs (trapping basically keeps them at bay) and Peter’s call that in one hundred years the Causeway will be entirely underwater, Kory declares Essex, “under siege!”
