The year is 1921.  The world is riding high new technologies and new explorations.  An expedition bound for Cairo counts among its number an archeologist, a society woman, a body guard and an expert in the occult.  After their plane crashes, what fate awaits them in the Barovian Valley?

Having awakened the spirits in the house, the party has to make a desperate bid to escape.  But will the house let them?  And does escaping the house take them to a better place or simply deeper into despair in the town of Barovia?

This game features "The House of Lament" which appears in the WOTC DND 5E supplement "Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft" and begins to branch into a modern themed Curse of Strahd.
