We just talking y'all!!! GOD gives us peace FREELY. Unfortunately, we can disrupt peace on our own (talking with people we shouldn't talk to, going places we shouldn't go, etc.). In those circumstances, we don't have peace because we didn't listen to GOD, not because GOD didn't answer our cries for peace.
