Real OG's uplift and empower their community, not destroy and spread bad information. This man has transformed his life from drugs and gangs to doing God's work in Harlem and all across the tri-state. He came on Conversation with Zo to bridge the gap between his generation and mines to better understand one another. We need to listen to one another, in order to better formulate an understanding of how each generation operates.

We're all healing from our traumas in one way or another. This conservation starts with us. OG's had their time and now it's time to get off stage and let the younger generation have their time. Even for me letting the generation under me have their time and see how I can help them grow and be better. #HarlemMuscle
