Therapy is essential to overcoming those demons you’re fighting. Drugs are a temporary fix and it’s not sustainable in the long run. More pain can equal to harder drugs. I’m tired of seeing people of color walk around feeling empty and broken. We’re alive my people we have so much to live for. If I help a person and a day for the rest of my life. I’ll leave this earth having helped thousands of people live whole and happy. Find positive outlets, therapy, counseling, support groups or anything you feel uplifts you spiritually, mentally and physically
