Diana and Ian are wrapping up season 4 with talk of nostalgia over their 90's and early 2000's adolescence. At home, the couple is battling bugs and running pest control. Up by the lake they're looking for fish and frogs. Speaking of fish, did anyone else notice all those Chinese vessels off the coasts of the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, Peru, and Argentina? Diana tells us about China's overfishing, underreporting, and encroachment of territory in international waters. You like water? Well, Ian briefly covers the shock, awe, and impact hurricane Ian has made thus far on the eastern seaboard. In the dry desert, an even sandier Arizona judge lifts the law preventing an abortion ban, and thus sends the state back in time to the early 1900's. Extremists coming out of the woods, fascists parading in the streets, and it seems like the rest of the world is just following suit rather than flinching. Take a look at the new prime minister Italy is about to elect: Giorgia Meloni. Guess we're gearing up for WWIII.
