Think like a monk is a book published by media influencer Jay Shetty, who you may know from his popular podcast "on purpose." He is one of my biggest role models. Jay Shetty recounts and delineates his experiences as a monk in this book, as well as the wisdom he received from palatial practical methods. Despite the criticism this book gets , I actually enjoyed Jay's auditory skill set, mind-set, heart-set, and consciousness that he is sharing with everyone, and I still believe I learned a lot from just the first chapter. Reading this book feels like you are having a conversation with the author, which is always a sign of a good book.

In this chapter wrap up I include:

Things I loved and learned

Things I felt were important

Notes I took during reading

The reason I decided to do this is that not only is this book full of useful and valuable information, but it's also unfortunate that not many people will be able to obtain it because not everyone enjoys reading or listening to audio books, so here's another way you can get the information.
