Patricia and Laura discuss how to slow down, especially in winter. This was prompted by the hustle and bustle of the winter season, and a desire to explore the purpose of each season

Laura Webber (she/her) engages in research and practice at the intersection of trauma healing, embodiment, social neuroscience, social justice, and peacebuilding. She centers a healing-based and whole-being approach as she engages in work toward conflict transformation from the individual to the collective. She currently works as an independent contractor with peacebuilding and social change organizations in a variety of capacities including research, program design, and evaluation. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Vassar College, and a Master’s of Arts in Peace and Justice from the Joan B.
