Nancy Caruso is a marine biologist and Founder of Get Inspired, a non profit organization located in Orange County, California. Nancy grows and restores threatened species to our reefs by teaching kids to grow them in their classrooms with her team of volunteer scuba divers. She has been working to restore the kelp forest ecosystem of Southern California for the last 20 years. She has experienced many hurdles and obstacles throughout her career and shares several of them with us during this podcast.
