Anger in grief is a very complex emotion that takes time to navigate.

It takes experience and patience with the self to truly understand your personal boundaries and how to communicate them. When we are in a state of anger and anguish we are so emotive and clouded by judgement that we so much broiling away under the surface - we can’t even begin to imagine.

I would like to conceptually position anger, as a blockage in our system, its a lesion in our flow. This stage is something that causes real physical pain and disconnect, ultimately shutting out our ability to connect with the loss, from the person, the place, the thing.
