If you have not been able to participate in previous Movement activities, now is the time to contribute to the Movement.

Use this personalized link to skip questions you already answered in your IA2030 Movement application. We do ask you about your priority challenge again because we expect you to have improved your challenge and focus through your participation in the Movement.

This IA2030 Action Plan is required to join the IA2030 Impact Accelerator that will start on 23 May 2022. The Action Plan provides a rapid and unique opportunity to share experience with other Movement Members to help you improve immunization where you work.

You quickly develop your Action Plan simply by answering a series of questions about your priority challenge and goal, three specific actions to achieve this goal, and basic immunization indicators.

To help you prepare you answers, you will find attached a Word document with the full set of questions that are asking in the online questionnaire. IMPORTANT: Action Plans must be completed online using this form in one sitting. No Action Plans will be accepted by email.

When you finish the online questionnaire, you will receive your completed IA2030 Action Plan by email.
