To tackle the most difficult and important challenge that you face in your work, it is important to fully understand the situation related to this challenge.

During the next four weeks of the Full Learning Cycle 1, you will be asked to do a situation analysis of your challenge with the help of your peers from all over the world.

What is situation analysis?

The purpose of a situational analysis is to provide you with a better understanding of your local setting, so that you can design an appropriate action plan to achieve your goal.

For a good situational analysis, you should aim not just to describe your local situation but also to analyze it so that you understand why the situation exists. This will enable you to plan what to do next.
