In this episode we’re joined by Dom Williams who has previously worked as a probation officer and now works for Circles South East, a charity which aims to reduce the instances of sexual abuse and assists those who have been affected by sexual abuse in their recovery. 

The single most significant factor when it comes to committing crime is gender - and Dom told us some quite alarming statistics about crimes committed by men. Through his work, Dom seeks to identify what aspects of masculine socialisation can help to explain the disparity, and he talks about the work he has done with offenders in terms of rehabilitation.
