Back in December, I decided to delete Instagram for the whole month. This includes not scrolling on my personal page, and not posting on my business page. This episode is all about what lead up to it, what it was like, what I learned, and where I am now.

This is definitely a no bullshit, honest episode about the effect social media has on me.
