This episode features Allison Barnes, Project Manager for Z Modular. Allison has 25 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from residential, commercial, institutional, high rise and hospitality. Her employer, Z Modular is a subsidiary of Zekelman industries, based in Kitchener with several plants throughout the United States, however Zekelman industries originated in Windsor.

Allison shares her journey of getting into the construction industry, working in a male-dominated field and often being the only woman on-site, what attracted her to choose Project Management in the first place, and much more. We also finish off with some fun rapid-fire questions!
