Self-esteem is your overall opinion of yourself — how you feel about your abilities and limitations. When you have healthy self-esteem, you feel good about yourself and see yourself as deserving of the respect of others. Join me through a meta reflection through questioning how we view ourselves and determine what next steps we can take to grow our confidence. Question of the week: What daily practice can you perform to boost your confidence? Join the discussion in our Brick by Brick Podcast Group on Facebook!
