A passionate advocate for athlete development and growth, Orr and his 501c3 organization, Athlete Transition Services Corp. specializes in assisting college and professional athletes with their transition from playing sports to the next phase of their lives. A student athlete at University of Wisconsin, where he earned his B.S. in Community Leadership and Non-profit Management, Orr’s work was prompted by his own transition from playing football for the NFL's Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans. He previously worked at Nashville Public Schools, the Salvation Army and NPower. A happily married father of three energetic children, Orr earned his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. In his spare time, Orr enjoys acting, performing standup comedy, and traveling.
