In this episode of Toad School, we are joined by Evan who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Evan shares his challenging journey with anxiety, depression and addiction which began at a young age. He shares his story of attaining sobriety and how he has come full circle and now works at the very same facility that helped him. We talk about the stigma of psychedelics in society, especially in “12-Step” and recovery programs, and how we may feel ostracized and judged by others if we choose to use psychedelics as a healing modality.
