In this episode of Toad School, I am joined by Michael, a Freemason and a Catholic mystic with strong ties to Eastern philosophy. Michael is also a recovering addict. We discuss Michael’s path through recovery which led him to working with ayahuascha and bufo. Michael talks about his bufo experiences, the integration process and the lessons he’s learned from his ceremonies and his decades of in-depth spiritual studies.  Michael interprets the nondual experience through his unique point-of-view and talks about how his bufo experiences mirror the Kabbalah Tree of Life.  We also talk about how ego dissolutions may be more common than we think!  Michael shares an interpretation of John the Baptist and we talk about how the ego death ritual is a staple of all spiritual paths and Mystery Schools. We also discuss ceremonial magic and how rituals make the spiritual tangible and shift our consciousness. Michael shares his wisdom on duality, death, infinity, and the freedom of not knowing.
