I have been thinking a great deal lately about what it means to be me. This idea of honoring oneself. Mandy Hale said, “Just be yourself. Let people see the real, imperfect, flawed, quirky, weird, beautiful, magical person that you are.” Too often I find myself comparing myself to others —- asking am I “good enough”, and then noticing my flaws. Forgetting that I possess gifts and the magnificence of being me.
So, as Wayne Dyer said, “ The essential lesson I’ve learned is to just be yourself. Treasure the magnificent being that you are and recognize first and foremost you’re not here as a human being only. You’re a spiritual being having a human experience.”
Please join me in this meditation of celebration. “Just Be You”
With loving kindness,
Anita
