In this solo episode Heather talks about learning how to live life with no regrets. Nearly five years ago, Heather lost her youngest daughter Madi due to a heart defect and heterotaxy syndrome. This was one of the hardest ways Heather had to learn to live in love instead of the wishes and wants of the past. We all wish we could have chose a different path looking at the past. The unfortunate truth is, it wouldn't have changed the outcome. Heather shares the hardest parts of letting Madi go and the most significant regrets she had to work through.    Heather also talks about the relationships with her friends and family. The relationships that have come and gone and how they can evolve over time. We don't waste time on people. We may not realize it at the time but they all provide value to our lives. Even if that value is wrapped up in heartbreak, there is still something we can learn from every relationship around us. We don't have to regret the time we've spent with someone. We can be thankful for the lessons they've taught us even if they're hard to see in the moment.
