Newcastle Knights have an unhappy history when it comes to dealing with concussions.
Current captain Kalyn Ponga is set to be ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering his third concussion in six weeks on Friday night. It's understood the Knights are planning on Ponga not playing again this season, with the fullback booked in to see independent neurologists in the coming days.
