In this episode, Ryan Ellefsen and I talk about his school performance at the ASTA national conference, and what it took to get there and perform.  We also talk about his teaching duties as the band and orchestra director at his school.  This includes his teaching day and what his duties look like.  Finally, in the "If you had one lesson plan section..." he gives us his ideas on room setup for music education.
