We all know Newcastle is a creative town and music is at the centre of it. And sometimes it is the eclectic and eccentric that attracts the spotlight. Emerging from a band called The Pits, punk cabaret band Ruffians are a very different 7 piece outfit who bend our musical perceptions and make us appreciate the quirky. Imbued with a solid sense of humour and some fine horns, Ruffians have recently released a brand new single called The Other Side along with a great video to match.
