Adam attended Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine Class of 2022 before transitioning fully into the Hemp industry in late 2018. Since his complete pivot, Adam’s brand, Fresh Bros, has become one of the top Hemp Distribution companies in the nation with a steadily growing international presence.

In this episode Adam shares with his some of his keys to success over the years:

1. Don’t stress so much on the “fancy stuff”, as Adam put it. Focus on being really good at the basics - have someone to sell to, have something good to sell and be able to provide to them.
2. Pay attention to the problems in the market.
3. Pick one strategic thing and commit 100% to it.
4. Be able to scale down if you need to through a well thought out back up plan. Don’t let the ship sink and watch your overhead.
