July 9, 2023. Sunday morning. A continuation of my reflection about parenting, and raising kids, as it's relevant in life recently. Also, this is a pretty good parenting technique that I've stumbled upon. Edit: Ending got cut short, so let's me write out what I was saying: I think parenting and raising kids are a beautiful thing, and a meaningful experience to have. It's like re-living the growing-up experience in the context of the present time, the perspective of an adult. I'm excited to be a dad.

Thank you for tuning in. Hope you're having a good week, and being productive today. See you in another episode of Michael's daily reflection, another stream of my consciousness.

Jun 10, 2023. Saturday morning. I skipped out last weekend, being stuck with ideas, and I felt pretty unproductive! Having an idea now, so trying to get it done before the inspiration is still high. Reference Point refers to the idea of having previous experience that allows us to connect the dots and make better decision in the moment. It's also like how memory works, easier to remember thing when you have a reference point. A wise insight from a guy named Michael that we talked to at the baseball game.

Dec 29, 2021. Active Yes is the concept of agreeing with something based on your own life experiences and by your own truth compass. To say yes wholeheartedly, without any external influences, pressure from society, parents, etc. It comes from an internal motivation that propels people into action with a high conviction. How do we cultivate more of it in our lives?

Dec 12, 2021. Today's topic is something I have pondered quite often recently. Also relevant too for today’s episode as 102 stands for a saying in Vietnamese “ một không hai“, or one of a kind.

We all walk a different path at a different pace in this game of life. Time is limited and things are impermanent. Let’s help each other out to enjoy the journey as much as possible and hope that we arrive at the destination with the least amount of suffering.

102 = 1 zero 2 = One no two = một không hai = the one and only, no second one existed.

Nov 13, 2021. I met my girlfriend this day two years ago. I thought of doing an episode titled "How Michael met Rosh". Another idea came to mind so we'll save the story for later. And apparently, today is World Kindness Day. Makes a lot of sense actually, as the universe was very kind to allow me to meet Rosh on a Wednesday, Nov 13, 2019.

A love letter to Rosh

Nov 13, 2021

It's two years since the day we met today. Two years seems like a short amount of time, however, I feel like we have known each other for a very long time now.

I think it is because we get to experience many things together. A variety of meaningful experiences that I'm very grateful for.

I'm thankful that we have luck in our favour and a lot of good things in our ways.

I appreciate all the ups and downs. Time with you has been lovely. I love all the moments that we have together. The moments of awe, excitement, passion, and many more that words cannot fully express.

I appreciate the down moments, maybe a little more, as they don't happen often but sometimes carry a greater impact. They give us the opportunity to understand ourselves and each other on a deeper level. The moment of vulnerability and honesty brings us closer together. I feel connected to you more and more. And the moments of acceptance allow us to live life to a fuller extend, to love all the way.

I would like to thank you for being such a supportive, encouraging and loving girlfriend. You bring an incredible amount of happiness into my life. I feel peaceful when I'm with you. I feel at home.

I'm excited about our future together and many more years of experience ahead. Two years that we've been together feel like a lifetime. In a way, that is how I have loved you for a thousand years, and I'll love you for a thousand more.

I wish you health, wealth and happiness.

I love you.

Michael

Relatable quote: “There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open.”- Martha Graham

My girlfriend and I are not really celebrating, but I wondered what would our costumes be. And with a realization that I had last night, everything just clicked. We'll be the Red and Yellow Larva! This makes so much sense on a personal level as well. This is gonna be a fun episode to look back to.

Oct 30, 2021. Elon Musk announced yesterday morning that he’s thinking to start a university. Texas Institute of Technology & Science. Or TITS for short haha. And with all the talk of taxing the rich recently, capital allocation is what came to mind. Oct 28, 2021. I read Morgan Housel's new blog post, Internal vs External Benchmarks this morning. It's a pretty interesting and thought-provoking read as usual.

Also, I've been reading my journals of last year to work on my notebook project and this blog post gave me an idea to reflect on my own internal benchmarks and how have things progressed since then.

Coincidentally, the Daily Law today is about the Law of Envy, which is also relevant to today's topic.

Oct 27, 2021. I had a good start this morning to kick off the day. A combination of little wins put me in a pretty good mood. I talked about this in yesterday's episode as well, so I thought it's a good topic to talk about today. I also shared some of the relatable quotes that I find interesting. Tune in for some reflection and I hope you find something meaningful.

Relatable quote:

"Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it's a day you've had everything to do and you've done it."–Margaret Thatcher

Oct 26, 2021. Tuesday. Following the 12% run-up in Tesla stock yesterday, I’ve been consuming a lot of information about Tesla on YouTube, Twitter, and Reddit.

I ended up feeling pretty wasteful in the end. Tired and a bit wore out. The hype was not as good as yesterday. Lots of empty knowledge without a lot of reflection to be had.

But then I reflected on the whole experience, and I got the topic for the day, the law of diminishing return.

I think this is gonna be a good reminder to us once in a while.

Oct 25, 2021. Monday. Hertz rental car company announced to buy 100k of Tesla Model 3 to electrify their fleet. And they hired Tom Brady to do advertisements for Tesla as well. Essentially free advertising and raising awareness to another level.

Tesla stock rises more than 5% to another all-time high at 970. What a great way to start the week.

And I’m inspired to talk about the concept of giving to receive, the abundance mindset of Tesla and Elon Musk. And how I incorporate that philosophy in my own life as well.

Oct 21, 2021. Inspired by the article "This Is The Most Fun Way To Make Your Life Awesome", a breakdown of the book is Curious. I relate with this a lot as I reflect in my own life, curiosity often leads to a lot of the good things that I have, and most of the mistake or missed opportunity is simply because I was not curious enough. And the ability to think deeply is correlated with curiosity level as well. So I think it's pretty interesting to talk about it today.

"The world shrinks or grows as a function of your curiosity. It draws more richness and depth from every moment and allows us to appreciate things we never would have noticed otherwise."

Oct 15, 2021. Today's episode is inspired by a conversation with my mom and my younger brother this morning. I was able to offer a solution to the conflicts that they're currently dealing with. I was able to be the bridge between them, connect an older generation with a younger generation. And I think the suggestion is the multiple birds with one stone kind of situation. It just makes a lot of sense.

And the take away from the conversation are:

Teach kids what truly matters for their long-term success.

Skill sets are more important than knowledge or credentials.

Teach evergreen, timeless stuff.

Life is short. Go easy on them. Let them do what they truly enjoy, as long as it's sustainable and productive

Find the true value of the activity, and the opportunity cost of it.

Oct 14, 2021. I had a good time contemplate on a Ryan Holiday's tweet this morning. "Character is fate. A piece of shit is gonna be a piece of shit...all the way to the end."

A pretty controversial tweet and it sounds quite emotional, especially when it comes from a stoic guy like Ryan. The more I thought about it however, I could see an interpretation where it makes a lot of sense. Kind of interesting so let's get right into it.

Love of one's fate: "Things turn out best for people who make the best of the way things turn out." - John Wooden

I was listening to a podcast episode that my mom shared this morning. In Buddhism, there is a concept of reincarnation. And how the people we associate within this life, all had something to do with us in the past life. Some destiny to experience, some debt to pay.

The Egg story to compliment this idea:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6fcK_fRYaI&ab_channel=Kurzgesagt–InaNutshell

We wonder why some people stay together though they’re both suffering from each other. They probably still have debt from the past life to pay.

Oct 13, 2021. I finally got a chance to check out the new book, The Daily Laws, by Robert Greene. I think it is just the book that consists of all the qualities I'm looking for: impactful, easy to read, diverse, practical, modern, timeless, and probably appropriate for all ages. I thought of The laws of human nature, and still, up until this morning, I commented on a Callin episode about trauma. This book is such a great tool to understand yourself. However, it is quite thick and hard to get through if one doesn't have a habit to read often. The Daily Laws will help to instill that habits into the readers as well. Just 1 page per day. A lot to think and reflect about. The second option was The Almanack of Naval Ravikant: A Guide to Wealth and Happiness. A very interesting book as well. However, I think it would probably be a little harder to understand if one doesn't have the background knowledge or experience to resonate with the wisdom. The Daily Laws is a practical book for everyday life, with stories from real-life events in history, which provides examples and makes a little more relatable for the readers.

Oct 12, 2021. I tend to get annoyed easily with loud distracting noises, like a bunch of kids running around, causing havoc. It certainly takes a lot of patients to deal with kids effectively, and I have big respect for people that are able to do so. I got slightly annoyed again last night. I reflected on the whole situation and it's my fault. Inspired by a tweet of Ryan Holiday today, I came up with the two things to be aware the next time I feel annoyed again. 1. Be aware of the activity that you’re doing. Is it compatible to do that while spending time with the kids? 2. When you are angry, take no action

Sep 24, 2021. Inspired by the conversations with Kevin Keating from episode 22 and on his show Please, Have Children earlier today, I just had another realization on what could be another 4D chess move by Elon Musk.

Sep 23, 2021. This reflection is from the talk with my brother this morning and the progress of his discord server, his personal project, that i talked about in episode 21.

The server has 243 people as of now and has over 20k messages daily. It’s 18 days old and growing strong!

He shared with me his work and his thought process and I find it pretty interesting. It made me think about my own process of creating this show and some of the similarities of our framework. So let's get right into it.

After thought: The amount of stuttering is directly proportional to my tiredness. And I used ‘in a sense” quite often haha. Another filler words I should be more mindful of. Reminds me of the Apparently Kid on YouTube. In A Sense Guy in this case. Just checked him out the Youtube again and this kid is hilarious haha. I didn’t know he’s on The Ellen show: https://youtu.be/bi2NgISjcgI I love it haha.

Sep 22, 2021. I have been bouncing on different ideas for today's episode. It's 11:00 PM right now so I'm gonna have to start soon. I got home from a family reunion and the "The best outcome" idea came pretty last minute. I think it's pretty fitting for an eventful day like today.

After thought: Wow this is the longest episode yet. Appreciate Kevin for dropping by and talked at length about a variety of topics. We got to bounce off ideas about parenting, homeschooling, the state of the world, and just personal perspective on things. We were able to learn, share, and connect. This is one of the experiences that I’m excited about Callin. And I hope to have many more in the future.

Final thought: It’s gonna be a good sleep tonight.

Sep 21, 2021. My 13yo brother recently created a discord server where he gathers a community of funny people to create memes, chat and just have fun. He noticed that there has not been a big Vietnamese discord server yet, so he decided to create one himself. By day 14, he has got 146 people in the group and 13k chats in the last 24h. Pretty impressive! He proudly showed me the statistic of the graph and I'm happy that he's having fun.

This got me thinking about a blog post from Paul Graham, A project of One's own. It's great when you get to have a project of your own; to do something that gets you excited, or engaged; to do something that you find meaningful. Create meaning for life instead of searching for it!

My mom finds that he's spending too much time on it and not studying school classes enough. Well, I think it's good that he's learning what actually matters to him. He gets to learn about community building, how to grow and maintain it. I think the skills here is what really matters and it will benefit him later in life.

Sep 20, 2021. "Desire is a contract you make with yourself to be unhappy" - Naval

"The need for certainty is the greatest disease the mind faces." - Robert Green

I resonate with this quote a lot. I'm aware of the effect of uncertainty on myself and I think it's the source of many conflicts, arguments in life.

My girlfriend and I had a bit of a fight yesterday about the communication problems that we've been dealing with. The problem might seem small and insignificant but the underlying issues will generate a lot more frustration in many other areas if not addressed properly.

We both have our own expectations, assumption and fail to communicate specifically what's on our minds. It has happened before, we addressed it, it happened again, and we addressed it again. I think it's a lifelong process and we'll get better over time.

"Expectation is the root of all heartache"

"Unhealthy love is when two people expect each other to solve the others' problems. Healthy love is when two people acknowledge and address their own problems with each other's support."- Mark Manson

After thought: My pronunciation of Desire sounds a lot like design. Some audio problem too, mostly mt internet connection. Well good that i have more notes to compensate.

Sep 19, 2021. In yesterday's episode, I share my thoughts about parenting philosophy. I find that being a parent is a very meaningful experience and I'm excited to have kids of my own in the future. However, being excited about something comes with the fear of not being able to experience it. So I decided to wander into one of the realities where I won't be able to have kids to explore the upside and the downside of it.

After thought: I could’ve done better expressing my thoughts this episode. I kinda procrastinated and got distracted with other things and not doing it while the idea is still hot. Having a full belly of melon 🍈 doesn’t help either since blood is being drawn to the gut. Kinda tired and sleepy too. Will try to me mindful of this next time.

Final thought: Another upside of having kids is that I can tell them the story of how i met their mother!

Sep 18, 2021. I stumbled upon this Twitter thread on parenting from @sweatystartup today with such a controversial take as a starter. It is hilarious to read people's reactions to it. Such a brilliant conversation starter. The rest of the thread is very good though and also aligns with my personal philosophy so yea let's get right into it while it's still hot.

After thought: A bit of a rough start with my stutters but ended the episode on a pretty good note. Had an occasional 1vs1 conversation part of the show today with Emilio. Hopefully to talk more in the future episodes. Another character in the story.

Final thought: Learn to sleep by yourself kids, because you’ll have to eventually.

Sep 17, 2021. Welcome to another stream of my consciousness. I was listening to the song Mean It by Lauv this morning and it goes like "Cause I'm all~ I'm all-in". And that is how I get the topic for today. The all-in concept has been on my mind for a while now, especially with my all-in tesla investment, the all-in podcast, and my motto Live life to the fullest, or Love all the way. So yea I think it's a good time to dive a little deeper into the All-in Things idea.

Also I just saw the tweet from @KoGuanLeo, supposedly a Chinese billionaire and 3rd largest individual shareholder of Tesla, announced to finish his purchase of 1.2m of Tesla. Some interesting tweets. Let's get right into it because i love talking about Tesla.

After thought: I think it should be basket not racket haha. Don’t put all your eggs into on basket. Anyway good episode. Had some trouble to upload it after, the lost the it though. Luckily the team was able to retrieve it.

Final thought: I’m going all in~~ All-in pod’s music is dope!

Sep 16, 2021. Today's topic is inspired by a fun conversation with my mom this morning, some old family photos that my mom stored in the USB and a podcast episode that I listened to while on my walk to the grocery store just now. So let's get right into it while it's hot.

After thought: Fun time. Another occasional conversation. Charlie is indeed a good name. Feels good to say out loud. Similar to Michael. Haha.

Final thought: I’m creating as much invaluable things as possible!

Sep 15, 2021. I'm a fan of Kevin from his YouTube channel. Funny, humble guy and overall a good human being. I respect the energy the man brings to the table. I've been following his campaign from the start and the amount of transparency and dedication that he provided is just inspiring to watch. We need more leaders like this.

It's pretty sad the current system doesn't allow information to flows freely and resources to be spent in the most effective way. I'm hopeful though because the change maybe just be one generation away.

Sep 14, 2021. The belly is currently a bit upset because it's a bit too full from the dinner. The mouth went on a munchie again, indulging itself while the brain was being distracted.

Damn it I've had enough. I'm going to make this habit stick, once and for all. Starting today, I will focus and perform mindful eating. I will not multitask, and be distracted by podcasts or YouTube videos! A public announcement to keep me accountable.

I've been on and off this practice of mindfulness or deep work for a while now. An easy thing to say but pretty hard to do. The world is full of distractions and it's so hard to resist the temptation to check a peek at all the goodies. My attention span is certainly getting shorter and I notice the effect is growing on me lately. So yea let's just get right into it.

After thought: Very glad that I’m able to come up with a resolution for the conflict that I’ve been feeling recently. Good episode I think. It’s a pretty meaningful aspect to reflect on. I hope that you find something valuable and join me with the challenge.

Final thought: I’m excited to add this new habit to my life. Improving my life one thing at a time!

Sep 13, 2021. Yesterday was one of the most stressful days I've had in a while. I'm still pretty fortunate to have just these things to worry about. But I'm glad that I was able to deal with the conflicts in the right way. I managed to let the stress off my chest and came up with quite a heartfelt realization. Good sleep after that and I had a great day today to start the week. Let's go!

After thought: Acceptance is important because we can move on to see the positive side of things, instead of dwelling in negative perspective and living in denial.

When we don’t accept the reality, we lie to ourselves, and continue to hold the conflict internally. And the problem will compound this way until the hole is too deep for us to climb out.

The way to deal with conflict is to ask the big question “ what’s the meaning of life?” “What’s the thing that really matters to us?” And from there we are able to find a solution that would align the most with our ultimate goal. And that’s the solution we should strive for. To be able to understand and see things clearly, then we should write things down. Let the thoughts flow out off our heads and the heaviness off our heart. We would be able to reflect and meditate on the problem. From there, we can better communicate to ourselves and others.

Some audio issue it seems. Weak internet connection. Hope to have starlink one of these days.

Final thought: Accept more truth and lessen the conflict

Sep 12, 2021. Sunday. I’ve been spending sometime watching the new videos from the FSD beta testers, and just being active on Twitter and Reddit. Seems to be a great improvement for certain people but not for others. Certainly not to the hype level that Elon made it out to be. Lots of discussion so yea I’m gonna chip in some of my thoughts

After thought: I might have been a little bit too salty about Gary at the end there haha. Well it’s good that he’s raising some good opposing views. Some are just way too short term focus and lacking in perspective imo. Just bring out an argument for the sake of it seems.

Final thoughts: Excited to see version 10.1 in a couple weeks. 1 stack to do it all?

Sep 11, 2021. I started Philosophy: Who Needs It by Ayn Rand today and stumbled upon the word Morality, which I've seen many times before but somehow can't recall its meaning.

"What is morality? It is a code of values to guide man's choices and actions - the choices which determine the purpose and the course of his life."

I like that a lot. In other words, morality is like the views in which we choose to look at the world, to determine what is right or wrong, good or evil.

Could we work backward to determine our morality if we have the answer to our purpose or meaning in life?

So yea I'm gonna explore this train of thought, and share with you some of the personal philosophies that I've obtained so far.

Sep 10, 2021. This is a topic that I’ve been pondering about for a while. I’m personally all for marriage and prefer having a deep personal connection for a lifetime. Quality over quantity.

However, as with everything, marriage has a downside. Recently, I've started to pay more attention to different viewpoints about marriage and long-term relationships that got me thinking more.

So let’s get right into it!

After thought: I think i did alright on this episode. Not too bad but could be better on how I organized and delivered the messages. I hope it’s giving you some valuable food for thought to reflect on your own personal relationships.

Final thought: The ability to understand yourself is the foundation for a fulfilling life.

Sep 9, 2021. I have been saving this episode for the day that I have the urge to skip. Well, today is that day. Pretty sleepy right now and having a bit of a headache. I only had 5 hours of sleep last night and it's been a long day. Let's just get to it and hopefully I'll be more awake when the ramble-mode kicks in.

After thought: Ramble mode did not activate as my neurones struggled to continue the train of thought. Slow mode kicks in though as I manage to make it a 20mins episode. Well i would much prefer to keep it concise but i hope it give some of you time to reflect haha.

Final thought: Have a good night sleep!

Sep 8, 2021. In yesterday's episode, I went on a ramble about attachment and ended up with the idea to do an episode about my tattoos and their meanings. My first tattoo is inspired by the YouTube channel Yes Theory. They created a movement to fight against the comfort crisis by encouraging strangers to "Seek Discomfort" and pursue the things that people always wanted but were afraid to do. Whether it's skydiving, public speaking or scuba diving, they challenge people to fulfill their dreams and it just made very wholesome, inspiring videos. I love it. Seeking discomfort meaning to actively get out of your comfort zone and improve. I love the idea and want to make it a daily reminder, thus the tattoo and the first principle that I live by. Pretty excited so let’s just get started!

After thought: Feeling great. My flow of thought was relatively smooth though I probably should try to reduce filler words. And improve my pronunciation! Good chat with Charlie. Appreciate you for appreciating. haha. Fun time overall and i hope someone will find this helpful and be inspired to seek discomfort.

Final thought: The 4 principles/ reminders: Seek discomfort, D e t a c h, Art, Impermanent.

Sep 7, 2021. Yesterday I talked about the things that I'm grateful and excited about in life. I think it's fitting to follow up with a perspective on the other side today.

And that is attachment. Nothing too much is good. The downside of being super excited about something is the fear of not being able to experience it. Attachment is the foundation for suffering. Let's the rambling begin!

After thought: Woohoo I’m pretty pumped for this episode. I went on a tangent longer than expected and did pretty ok at the talking! Not much stuttering like yesterday. Good mood so yea. Thanks to the afternoon walk in the sunset earlier. Pink waves of clouds and time for reflection. Beautiful.

Here’s my interpretation of the six states of consciousness consists of: Materials , emotions, health , wisdom, sharing, and finally oneness. I was planning to talk about in later episodes but i guess this is better. Spontaneous.

Final thought: Be aware of the impermanent of life and appreciate the time that you have.

Sep 6, 2021. I finished the first novel of the Nexus trilogy and read the preview for the second book Crux today. And damn am I excited to dive into my kindle and absorb it!This makes me think about the idea that I have had for a while, which is the title of today's episode.

I'm very grateful for the amount of excitement that I have in my life. I'm super pumped for the future and overall very glad to be alive. At the same time, I do notice a lot of depressed people out there. A lot of suffering in the world still. So I hope my insight and experience on this topic will be a valuable and meaningful message to someone who needs it.

After thought: Well I couldn’t speak properly today for some reason. Words stuck in my mouth again. Just one of those days. I do feel tired and have a headache. Anyway, it’s a work in process and gotta trust the process! I did manage to got some good points out though! I could’ve done better by going a bit deeper but i guess I haven’t thought in depth much. Anyway i hope it provides a general idea that people can relate.

Final thought: Focus on your health and do things that excite you! Like myself making this podcast, even though I suck at it sometimes. It excites me.

Sep 5, 2021. Just got home from a three hours badminton session. Great time. Lots of laughters. It’s been a while since I last played sports with a group of people. Made me remember how fun it is to get into the flow, to compete, to be active, to push your body to the limit, to sweat a lot and drink that water during your break. Got me thinking about the ways our society functions currently. It’s 10:55 pm now and I’m pretty tired so let’s get to it!

After thought: Well i got into the rambling mode and went longer than expected. Good time though. I’m loving this. Appreciate the Callin app! Got me started earlier than i would have. Hope it’ll improve and have more interesting features.

Sep 4, 2021. I listened to a podcast today and got an inspiration to talk about the little things that surprisingly had a significant impact in my own life.

After thought: Well this is fun. Talked a lot longer than i expected to. I did a pretty good job of conveying my thoughts today. I had less stuttering too, though it’s still hard to say Twitter thread for some reason. twitter thread, twitter thread, twitter thread i can speak it fine now. Yea idk. Kinda felt the stress to pronounce it right and words got stuck in my mouth sometimes. Also very glad to have the chat with Charlie. Got the occasional 1 vs 1 conversation done. Good time. Glad to provide something that he finds valuable and stick around for 40mins! Considering many shows out there hehe. Hopefully I’ll get more chat with different people too in the future.

Friday September 3. Paycheque arrived and i added another share of Tesla. Inspired by a long conversation with a friend last night so i think it’s a good time to put some thoughts out there regarding investing in general.

Investing is key to a successful life. Every decision we make is an investment. It could make a huge difference in aspects of life like health, relationships, and finances if done properly. Here are five investing strategies I've learned that are applicable to all:

1/ Explore many fields of knowledge with an open mind. Study history, human nature, the current state of the world, and life in general to have a better understanding of reality. You could see where society is headed and catch the trend before the majority of people do.

2/Have a deep understanding of yourself and know what you want in life. Make sure that the investment is compatible with your long-term goals. Consider both the upside and the downside. Study critical thinking and mental models to minimize mistakes.

3/ Research extensively to bridge your knowledge gaps and remove as many assumptions as possible. Use people’s work as leverage to help you through the research process. Join different communities to poke holes in your bubble, and see multiple perspectives on the topic.

4/ Think independently Maybe the investment is a good deal, but it isn't for you at this time. Everyone has their own path and walks at a different pace. What works for others might not work for you. Consider your own situation and make your own decision.

5/ Understand the concept of finite and infinite games. A good investment should be balanced and sustainable. Adaptability is a desirable quality in a world that is complex and ever-changing. Maintain a beginner mind to learn and update your knowledge.

After thought: Certainly not an easy job to stay on point and deliver the message effectively. I lost my train of thought, stuttered, and rambled on multiple times 😅. Well at least i have the note so that will help to deliver the points across. Recommend to listen at 1.5x though. I do sound a lot smoother haha.

Final thought: The ability to speak your mind fluently is a super power.

Sep 2, 2021. The show is an audio journal for my stream of consciousness. I want to create a place where family members, friends and other fellow humans can visit and learn more about me, looking back from the future and reminisce. I don’t figure it will provide a tons of value for time spent but hopefully for certain people ot will be meaningful and worthwhile.

Each episode will focus on a specific topic and i hope to discuss to someone about it every episode.

And this could also be used to create a digital AI version of me when the technology gets good enough someday. That would be awesome haha.

After thought: Quite difficult to express my ideas fluently and speak clearly, and pronounce things correctly. I will practice and improve on it. Drop a comment if you want to share anything. Feedback is appreciated. Interaction is fun too.

Final thought: Seeking discomfort to create something meaningful

Sep 1, 2021. First day of month. First time tripping on shroom, and first time trying out call in.

Recommended to listen at 1.5x

After thought: Surprisingly fun. Got to talked to complete strangers on different topic, bouncing off ideas. Excited to stick to this and see how it will turns out. Apparently the app is launching tomorrow too so pretty good time for me to start. Unedited, raw stuff for now. I will try to make it more concise later on 🤞

Final thought: Trying new things out and life suddenly feels a lot more exciting. Shroom is a good start haha. Seriously though, there will be a lot more love and gratitude in the world if everyone get to try some. In my case, 1g of penis envy mushroom.
