Brazil has a new president - kind of... Left-leaning Luiz Inácio 'Lula' da Silva has reclaimed the reins of power, four years after he lost them.

The astonishing political comeback came down to the wire - he received 50.9 % of the vote, with the incumbent fair-right Jair Bolsonaro on 49.1.
