NATO is confirming an explosion which killed two people in Poland was likely caused by a Ukrainian air defence missile.
It landed on a farm just across the border, following a barrage of attacks on Ukraine by Russia.
The NATO security council has held an emergency meeting overnight, and afterwards secretary general Jens Stoltenberg was clear about where the blame lies - Russia and their illegal invasion.
We’re grateful to welcome back to the programme, Retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, who was the Director for European Affairs for the United States National Security Council.
