A landmark decision from the Supreme Court in favour of lowering the voting age to 16 is now in the hands of MPs!  Any change would need a 75% super majority in the parliament... which could prove very difficult to achieve!

Professor Andrew Geddis from Otago University knows more about electoral law than most, and is on the independent panel tasked with reviewing those laws after the last election  - including whether to lower the voting age to 16. He joins us now.
