Buckingham Palace has reportedly issued the Duke Dutchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, with an eviction notice from their ten-bedroom UK home known as Frogmore Cottage. 

According to The Sun newspaper, the couple has been asked to vacate the premises, adding insult to injury to the already strained relationship between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.

Buckingham Palace has remained tight-lipped on the matter, and the BBC has reported that any discussions regarding the issue would be treated as a private family matter.

Royal commentator Gareth Barlow told Tova O'Brien on Thursday morning the timing is peculiar.
