COVID-19 forced companies to flex and introduce flexible working conditions, equipping staff to get the job done from home. Post lockdown a lot of people are still enjoying the freedom of choosing when they work, how they work and where they work from.

But concerns are growing over the unintended consequences of flexible working, a biggie being the inability to switch off.

Today we speak to Josie Shelley, founder of Humancode - a company aimed at coaching employers to adapt to new ways of work - and psychologist Dr Dougal Sutherland on the pressures that working from home can add.
