We’re six days into Plastic Free July, and today we’re looking at two sides of plastic bottles, and whether they should stay or go.

100,000 people have signed a Greenpeace petition calling on the government to ban single use plastic bottles, while the government phases out other single use plastics by 2025... but not bottles.

To talk about this, we talk to Greenpeace Plastics campaigner Juressa Lee, and Eric Crampton, Chief Economist at the New Zealand Initiative.
